Atty. Gerwin Panghulan and Mr. Neil Patrick Quiniquini attended the Senate committee hearing regarding the extension of rent control law. It was presided by Sen. JV Ejercito with Sen. Villanueva who left early. Sen. Migz Zubiri also later joined the meeting. As we all know, this law will expire this December 31, 2017. And the issue now is whether there is a need to extend it.
