Officers and members of OSHDP participated in the Pre-Summit Conference in preparation for the Housing Summit (Proper) in February. The Pre-Summit Conference aims to discuss issues and concerns of all SHDA and OSHDP Chapters, together with recommendations on how to address them, and present these during the Housing Summit. This endeavour, which is in response to the invitation of the Office of the Honorable Cabinet Secretary and HUDDCC Chair Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., will aid our government in drawing up recommendations and plans that will spur housing production, enhance affordability, provide easy access to financing and improve the regulatory environment.
