Mr. Neil Patrick Quiniquini attended the Public Consultation by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP). It was attended by representatives from both the government and private sectors. The DAP discussed about how they are planning to modernize the government regulation so that it will be easier for the developers and contractors in applying permits and licenses.
