Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan and Mr. Neil Patrick M. Quiniquini attended the TWG meeting by Pag-IBIG Fund. It was also attended by SHDA officers. The agenda of the meeting are the following: a) Breakdown of Retention Fees for Developer Assisted Accounts; b) Proposed 35% GMI on all developer assisted accounts regardless of amount; and c) Proposed adjustment of LTV up to economic housing. It was a successful meeting and all participants involved are happy because of the proposal made by which all people involved agreed.
