As a follow-through of the National Housing Summit, highlighting its gains by framing concrete actions and resolutions, OSHDP National and OSHDP – Cebu Chapter conducted a Business Meeting and Industry Forum with the theme: “Unlocking Perceived Bottlenecks in Housing: Expanding Housing Finance in the Philippines.” Invited resource speakers in this forum include: (1) Mr. Rio Teves of Home Development Mutual Fund (Cebu Housing Business Center), (2) Ms. Rosabella C. Jose of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC), (3) Mr. Frank Lloyd C. Gonzaga of the Home Guarantee Corporation (HGC), and (4) Mr. Dax C. Albarece of the Sterling Bank of Asia.
