Mr. Marcelino Mendoza, Engr. George Richard Siton Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan, and Atty. Gerwin Panghulan attended the HUDC Council meeting. Its agenda are the following: a) Price ceiling for Socialized horizontal and vertical condominium projects; b) Real Estate Investment Trust in the Philippines; and c) the appointment of two (2) private sector representatives.

In addition, Mr. Mendoza, OSHDP National President, together with (Ret.) Gen. Rufo de Veyra, has been appointed as the new private sector representatives (PSR). Outgoing PSR, our Advisers Mr. JJ Atencio and Mr. Jing Olivares received a plaque of appreciation for the service rendered since 2010.
