This meeting was attended by OSHDP, SHDA, CREBA, HLURB, NHA, NEDA and HUDCC. The agenda was to discuss the following: 1) Finalizing the draft HUDCC resolution on price ceiling for the socialized vertical condominiums; and 2) Revisit and determine the price ceiling for the socialized horizontal housing projects. Another meeting will be set to further finalize the price ceiling. OSHDP officers also got the chance to meet the new HUDCC Secretary General, Atty. Falconi Millar.
