Officers and members of OSHDP participated in the Housing Summit with the theme, “Pagbabago sa Industriya ng Pabahay.” Delegates submitted to Cabinet Secretary Jun Evasco the consolidated issues and concerns of all SHDA and OSHDP Chapters, together with recommendations on how to address them and the agencies involved. The consolidated output titled, “Mungkahi para sa Pagkakaisa Tungo sa Pagbabago sa Industriya ng Pabahay,” will aid our government in drawing up recommendations and plans that will spur housing production, enhance affordability, provide easy access to financing and improve the regulatory environment. The output presented points in 4 different areas: Permit and Documentation, Technical, Legal, and Financial.
