Atty. Gerwin Panghulan, Atty. Ryan Tan, Mr. Roman Perez, Mr. Neil Patrick Quiniquini together with Lamudi Philippines represented by Ms. Charley Mendoza and Ms. Bhavna Suresh had a meeting. Lamudi shared their success story in the Philippines as they only started last 2014. They said that now they have 82,000 active listing, 3,000+ signed partners, 1.5 million monthly visits to their website, 100,000 monthly leads, etc. Lamudi is with the same company as Lazada, Zalora, Carmudi and Foodpanda.

Lamudi shared to us their product offering: a) exposure package; b) targeted campaigns; c) data as a product; d) 360 + VR; e) Magazines and f) events (e.g. housing expos and fairs). They also invited us to their upcoming Housing Fair this coming Oct 13-15, 2017 at Megatrade Hall in SM Megamall.
