It is a 2-day event facilitated by the DAR-BALA. It was attended by different government offices, private organizations and civil society groups. In the first day of the event, Undersecretaries Luis Pangulayan and Karlo Bello led the activity, and on the second day, Usec. Pangulayan and OIC-Secretary Rosalina Bistoyong were present. The purposes of this forum are the following: a) harmonize the laws for everyone’s benefit; b) discuss the DAR AO No. 5, Series of 2017 issued by former Secretary Rafael Mariano and give comments and reactions and; c) hear-out our fellow farmers for their grievances against the land acquisition process.
