Atty. Gerwin A. Panghulan attended the Public forum of DAP regarding the Modernizing Government Regulations (MGR) Program. The Program seeks to reduce regulatory burden on various industries like Power, Chemicals, Logistics, Housing and Public Transportation. The Lead Consultant assigned to a specific industry, including Housing through Mr. Third Espero, presented the study recommendations based on the findings of the industry regulatory review. Oshdp Phils participated and gave assistance by giving knowledgeable reactions and comments on the suitability of the recommendations to the current situation of the industry and its possible implications to the stakeholders.
