Officers of OSHDP met with Senator JV Ejercito to give the latter the housing industry briefer on our unified position against the proposed measure lifting the Value Added Tax Exemption of socialized, Economic and Low-Cost Housing under the TRAIN Bill. Atty. Ryan Tan presented the study conducted by CHAIRS supportive of the industry position. The good Senator expressed support to the cause of the group.
