Engr. Bongat, Mr. Ducay, Mr. Choa and Atty. Panghulan attended the courtesy call with the Philippine Constructors Association represented by its Executive Director Engr. Barry Paulino and Corporate Secretary Atty. Elena Francisco. OSHDP presented its position regarding conversion moratorium and solicited for PCA’s support. In our aim also to align our calendar of activities with that of PCA, OSHDP will consider to apply as an Affiliate Member of PCA.
