Courtesy call with Ms. Cynthia Lobo of BIR RDO 42
Mr. Marcelino Mendoza, Mr. Bansan Choa, Atty. Gerwin Panghulan and Mr. Patrick Quiniquini paid a visit with our speaker for TRAIN law this coming April 20th Business meeting. This visit is all about introducing OSHDP and what to expect in the business meeting. Her topic will be “Implementing the TRAIN Law”. With this meeting, we have identified 2 major issues and they are the following: a) Does the TRAIN Law retain the VAT Exemption on sale of socialized, economic and low-cost housing; and b) Does revenue regulations no. 13-2018 maintain the current VAT threshold for sales of real properties.
After the meeting with Ms. Lobo, we had a chance to meet with the newly appointed RDO Ms. Thelma D. Mangio.
