Engr. Jefferson Bongat and Mr. Neil Patrick Quiniquini attended the Organizational meeting hosted by NEDA. It aims to provide a comprehensive and supporting institutional framework for the sustainable development of the entire Manila Bay area. The master plan will guide future decisions in the assessment and approval of the programs/activities/projects (PAPs) to be implemented within the Bay area in accordance with the present policies and without prejudice to the activities being undertaken by other stakeholders.
