Mr. Marcelino Mendoza, Engr. Jefferson Bongat, Mr. Bansan Choa and Atty. Gerwin A. Panghulan attended the Forum on Housing-Related Research Studies by PSRTI in collaboration with HUDCC. The PSRTI is implementing the research project, “HOUSING RENTAL STUDY PHASE II”, in collaboration with the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC). Results of the said study were presented during the 14TH HUDC Council Meeting on November 27, 2017.

This forum on Housing-Related Research Studies has presented the following: a) Housing needs; b) Housing Demand FIES Module; c) Highlights of FGDs with Developers and Lessors; and d) Rent Control Study.
