Mr. Marcelino C. Mendoza and Atty. Gerwin A. Panghulan attended the signing and launching of the Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC). The JMC was in line with PRRD’s commitment to increase competitiveness and ease of doing business. The DILG pursued initiatives to promote simplification of government transactions, inter-operability of government processes and strengthen linkages and coordination among agencies.
