Mr. Marcelino Mendoza, Atty. Ryan Tan, Atty. Gerwin Panghulan and Mr. Patrick Quiniquini attended the HPWC meeting. It was also participated by HUDCC, HLURB, NHA, and SHDA. The agenda of this meeting are the following: a) To finalize the draft HUDCC resolution on price ceiling for the socialized vertical condominiums; b) To revisit and determine the price ceiling for the socialized horizontal housing projects; and c) Rent Control Act.
