The Philippine Constructors Association, joint with OSHDP, held a monthly membership meeting, with Mr. David Leechiu, CEO of Leechiu Property Consultants, as guest speaker. He shared his findings, based on his extensive research, on the Philippine Property Investment Market. Leechiu is regarded as the leading commercial real estate broker in the Philippines. He has arranged the leasing of more than 1.0 million square meters of office space and sold more than USD2.0 billion in real estate. He is known for elevating the status of Leechiu and Associates as the country’s top real estate brokerage prior to its acquisition by JLL.
