As a continuation of the series of business meeting with the theme: “Unlocking Perceived Bottlenecks in Housing: Expanding Housing Finance in the Philippines,” OSHDP National and OSHDP-Bicol Chapter conducted another forum in Legazpi City. Invited resource speakers in this forum include: (1) Mr. Benjamin R. Felix of Home Development Mutual Fund, (2) Mr. Rodel E. Leocario of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC), and (3) Mr. Frank Lloyd C. Gonzaga of the Home Guarantee Corporation (HGC). As an event partner, Ms. Celyn Sta. Ana of Impirial Solar Solutions also presented before the participants.
