2012 ANNUAL OSHDP GOLF TOURNAMENT
The Annual OSHDP Golf Tournament was held on March 20, 2012 at the Alabang Golf and Country Club. It was a sunny and fun day of golf for the organization and its friends in the housing industry. There were 39 participants all in all.

2nd OSHDP-HUDCC NATIONAL CONVENTION - RESOLUTIONS
WHEREAS, the Organization of Socialized Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP) in coordination with the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), held its second OSHDP-HUDCC National Developers Convention on August 25-26, 2011 at Holiday Inn, Clark Pampanga;
WHEREAS, the convention theme: “Isang Tahanan, Isang Bayan: Government and Industries Responding to Challenges for a more Vibrant and Sustainable Housing Sector” dissected and encompassed various areas of cooperation and concerns of private and government sectors;
WHEREAS, in the course of the dialogue between and among the guest speakers, heads of shelter agencies, representatives and other stakeholders, and on this basis, the participants have identified key issues, which both parties have mutually stipulated their points of agreement to address said concerns;

OSHDP slates 2nd National Convention on August 25-26, 2011
-Philippine StarResponding to President Aquino’s call for private-government partnership, the Organization of Socialized Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP), has slated its 2nd National Convention on Aug. 25-26, 2011 at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Mimosa Leisure Estate, Clark Freeport Philippines, Pampañga.
OSHDP, which caters primarily to the development of socialized and low-cost housing projects, has invited President Benigno Aquino as special guest and keynote speaker during the first day of the convention, Jefferson Bongat, OSHDP president announced.
“This is our expression of support to the leadership of President Aquino and at the same time, the convention could showcase the government’s key policies and initiatives for equitable and sustainable economic development through inclusionary, pro-poor housing,’ Bongat said. As chief implementor of President Aquino’s housing program and concurrent chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council, Vice President Jejomar Binay has also been invited to lead the six government housing agencies in laying out the housing road map for the next five years, Christopher Ryan Tan, OSHDP vice president and overall convention chairman reported.
